Medicare plan availability is set county by county and changes every plan year. Two people thirty miles apart can have completely different options, which is why a plan a friend recommends may not even exist where you live.
These guides cover what is actually available where you are, the local care picture, and what to check before you enrol. We are licensed across Arizona with offices in Mesa and Sun City.

Common questions
Do you serve my county if it isn't listed?
Yes. We are licensed across Arizona and work statewide by phone and video, with offices in Mesa and Sun City. Some communities have a dedicated guide and some do not yet, but the help is identical — we look up what is actually offered in your ZIP code.
Why does my county matter so much for Medicare?
Because Medicare Advantage and Part D availability is defined by county and changes every plan year. Two people thirty miles apart in different counties can face entirely different menus of plans, premiums and networks. It is the single biggest factor in what you can choose.
I live in one county but see doctors in another. Which matters?
Both. Your county of residence determines which plans you may join. The network where you actually receive care determines whether a plan is usable. People often check only the first — it catches out residents of Casa Grande, Green Valley, Prescott and Bullhead City in particular.
